Wcu Housing Agreement

This is for students who want to live on campus in 2021-2022, but have not yet completed the selection of rooms. The spaces for this level are assigned to a first-step, first-served process. All Residence Hall agreements receive a transfer number based on the date the contract is executed. Please note that no online agreement can be made without the down payment. The selection of rooms for this level will begin on March 27, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. and will close when the buildings are full. «The old residence hall contracts did not contain any information on refunds, including those made in the spring of 2020 in response to the COVID 19 pandemic,» said Bill Studenc, WCU spokesman. «After the end of the spring semester and learning the aggravating factors around COVID-19, we realized that we needed to change the 2020-21 dorm agreement to solve the problem.» The Residence Hall Agreement can be terminated without violating the agreement: In general, first-year students who enrol in the WCU must live on campus for two years of study and for an academic year of new transfer students. Students are expected to comply with the terms of the residency agreement while on campus. This contract provides accommodation for students taking courses. This contract is not considered a lease and is not specified. The relationship between WCU and those entitled to think is purely contractual and is not considered a landlord-tenant.
